AN ETHICAL AND ARTISAN CHOCOLATE SHOP  OFFERING ALL THE FLAVOURS OF THE VERY BEST COCOA

Divino is a “bean-to-bar” chocolate shop that makes wonderful handmade aromatic chocolate from cocoa beans that come from the furthest corners of the earth.

South America, the land of the Aztecs and the Maya, provided the source of inspiration, but its heart lies on the Pontine plain, in Aprilia, in the province of Latina, where this small chocolate enterprise pays homage, both in name and produce, to the beloved food of the gods.

Divino was founded in November 2020 by Valerio Esposito and Jennifer Boero – partners in life  and always on the lookout for adventure. The project was an ambitious one with its modus operandi being its most outstanding feature: the whole operation begins with the carefully selected raw produce: the cocoa beans, which are entirely “hand- processed”, unlike most chocolate shops, which buy the already made chocolate and turn it into pralines, spreads or other products.

Lovely ChocolatesDivino

Divino‘s cocoa beans come from all over the world (Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Tanzania, the Philippines) and arrive in jute bags, after a careful research programme for the best quality raw materials in ethical plantations.

At the moment, Divino‘s line ranges from chocolate bars to pralines, from cremini to yummy snacks, not to mention spreads and chocolate-coated dried fruit.

Divino is a shop filled with the fragrance of amazing aromas where only one language is spoken – that of supreme excellence.

A place where truly “divine” chocolate can be found!
